It’s African cultural Night!

The umbrella of African students in Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), African Students’ Association (ASA) had a blissful cultural event on 24 th May 25, 2018 at the Rauf Raif Denktas

Culture and Congress Center.

Prior to the much-awaited night, voting was conducted on 23 rd May 2018 for the selection of award winners from the nominees of each category of award presented.

Glitz of cultural attires, musical and dance presentations lightened the atmosphere as the African students, guests, and friends of African students enjoyed every moment of the night. At the evening program that commenced about 21:00, the climax was the award presentations that saw recipients expressing great excitement.

In EMU, eleven African societies are actively participating in university’s organized activities. Moreover, we hope to see more African nationals being represented as societies ahead of next academic year’s university and society events.
