EMU Syrian Night Promotes Cultural Heritage

The showcase of Syrian culture and history was at its peak at the Eastern Mediterranean University Cultural Centre as the Syrian Students' Society held its cultural Night. The night featured lots of students across various nationalities on the EMU campus.

In his speech, the president of Syrian Society Ammar Haj Hassan appreciated the management of EMU for the safe environment as well as the quality and first class education afforded all students on campus. Hassan also appreciated members of staff of the international office for their support and efforts. The event was also an opportunity to award outstanding Syrian students as well as those who have represented the society in various ways.

The event also featured showcasing of successful Syrians from all around the world so as to serve as motivation for others.  There was also a traditional dance as well as other interesting performances
