EMU Celebrates 2017 Halloween Amidst Excitement

On Saturday 27^th November celebrated the 2017 Halloween event tagged hunted. The event which was highly attended by staff, students and members of the Famagusta community had lots of activities and packages.

Organized by the international office of the Eastern Mediterranean University, the 2017 Halloween will remain an event in the minds of North Cyprus. The event which started at 8.00 PM had lots of fun, excitement as well as prices for the best three costumes for the night.

While addressing the students, the Rector of the Eastern Mediterranean University Prof. Dr. Necdet OSAM re-emphasized the status of the university as one of the best in the world and first among universities in Northern Cyprus. He encouraged the students to segment their time appropriately so as to know the right time to study and when to relax. While wishing them success, the rector advised the students to prepare hard for exams so as to come out in flying colors.

The 2017 Halloween event which had in attendance about 4000 students and members of the EMU saw the crowd in an exciting mood as they danced and dressed in beautiful costumes for the night.
