welcoming ceremony for the new Persian Students

A welcoming ceremony for the new Persian Students at Eastern Mediterranean University was organized alongside with a movie premiere of "Standing in the Dust". The event was organized by the EMU Iranian Students Society and was held at the Rauf Raif Denktaş Culture and Congress Center of EMU. After a cocktail, the students had the opportunity to receive a welcoming message from His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Reza Zabib and from the EMU Vice Rector for International Affairs and Promotion Prof. Cem Tanova, who encouraged them to strive for excellency in their academic pursuit.
